Privacy policy
This policy sets out what personal data this site collects, what it is used for, who receives it and how long it is kept, under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). The site sells nothing online and asks you to create no account. The only information you send us is what you choose to type into the quote request form; the rest of the site can be read without giving us anything beyond what your browser sends to any website.

Who receives the data
Enquiries sent through the form are read by the staff of NAYATI EUROPE who answer them, and by nobody else. The site and its database are hosted by OVH SAS, 2 rue Kellermann, 59100 Roubaix, FRANCE. No data is transferred outside the European Union. No data is sold, rented or passed to third parties for commercial purposes.
Cookies
This site sets two technical cookies: "nayati_lang", which remembers the language you read it in (365 days), and "nayati_cookie_consent", which remembers the answer you gave the cookie banner (182 days). Neither identifies you and neither is shared. This site uses no analytics, advertising or social-network cookies, and embeds no third-party content that could set one.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, erase and port your data, and to object to or restrict its processing. Where processing rests on your consent, you may withdraw it at any time, without affecting what was done beforehand. To exercise those rights, write to us at info@nayati.fr setting out your request; you will have an answer within one month. No automated decisions are made from this data and no profiling is carried out. If, having contacted us, you believe your rights are not being respected, you may complain to the CNIL (3 place de Fontenoy, TSA 80715, 75334 Paris Cedex 07, France, www.cnil.fr) or to the supervisory authority of the country you live in.
